👋 Sold Weekday, a values-aligned creative communications agency, after five years of ownership.
👋 Sold WellRead, a literary e-commerce book subscription business, after two years of ownership.
✍️ Wrote and self-published a zine of poetic prose titled loose ends. Printed 130 copies, sold 130 copies.
✍️ Wrote for We Are Explorers' content partner 30by30 about national parks and Tourism Vanuatu about volcanoes
🗣️ Ran a workshop for Collab4Good and their social enterprise network called ‘How to Break Up With Meta’.
💔 Broke up with Meta. Lasted 2 months. Missed the scroll holes. Returned and lost many hours of my life.
🧚‍♀️ Supported Australian Human Rights Commission, Impact North, Future Anything and Jessie Price, Independent for Bean with branding and affiliated communications projects (Weekday).
🚵 Took a career break and rode a bicycle 1000kms from Perth to Albany. Learnt to weave in Thailand. Hiked in the Northern Territory. Harvested too many kgs of choy sum. Had a few mid-life crises.

2024:
🪾 Ran the Save the Aussie Bush campaign for Dr. Sophie Scamps, Independent MP for Mackellar. Saw 25,000+ petition signatures, a letter to Albo, multiple questions on notice, a press conference with key stakeholders, and partner activations across the enviro & adventure industries.
🗣️ Ran a Marketing & Communications for Impact workshop for Collab4Good and their social enterprise network, accompanied by 1-to-1 coaching.
✍️ Wrote about the healing power of nature for We Are Explorers and an article for About Time, Australia's first prison newspaper.
🚮 Managed to last two weeks without a can of Diet Coke.
👋 Closed The Gravity of Guilt, an online publication and accompanying Sydney-based community built to support conservative evangelicals who had chosen to leave the faith. I founded and ran this project for several fruitful years.
🗣️ Ran a two-day communications workshop in Darwin and developed an accompanying Communications Strategy for CAAPS Aboriginal Corporation (Weekday).
🥵 Launched a Substack, where I divulge all of my most vulnerable feelings and daily happenings. It has an audience of about five mates. I still write it anyway.

✍️
Continued writing for We Are Explorers.
🤸 Grew Weekday’s staff count due to business growth.
⛑️ Recovered from 2022.

2022:
💪 Worked as the Campaign Manager for Georgia Steele, Independent federal candidate in the seat of Hughes. In 7 months we raised $650k+ donations, sourced and trained 400+ volunteers, door-knocked 5000+ homes, and, most importantly, made the safe Liberal seat a marginal one. Our launch video was a hit.
👩‍🏫 Worked as the Social Enterprise World Forum Marketing Lead & communications agency of choice (Weekday) under the host, White Box Enterprises. More than 2700 people attended this zero-waste event in Brisbane and online.

2021:
😎 Co-founded and ran the inaugural Youth Voice in Parliament week with Raise Our Voice Australia, which saw 44 MPs and 22 Senators read 130 speeches by young people from their electorates in Parliament. Covered by major news outlets, including ABC Radio, ABC News and The Daily Aus. Entirely volunteer-run with not a dollar spent. It is still running today.
🥾 Hiked the 230km Larapinta Trail in the Northern Territory and got more than enough blisters for my lifetime.
✍️ Wrote several articles for Tourism Tropical North Queensland after spending a week in Cairns on famil with We Are Explorers.
🤸 Grew Weekday by 2 staff, and brought on a Business Partner.
🏆 Survived COVID-19.

2020:
🫡 Acquired Weekday (formerly Incredible Communications) on the eve of COVID-19. Lost 70% of the business due to pandemic fear. Diversified service offering, increased sales, hired staff to manage growing workload.
🚨 Pushed NSW Police to launch a video series about consent after conducting a survey on social media and writing letters to the Police Commissioner in every state. This was covered by all major media outlets.
🙇‍♀️ Completed five subjects of a Masters of Public Policy at USYD. Distinction/High Distinction. (I will finish it one day...)
✍️ Wrote 36 articles for Tourism Vanuatu and We Are Explorers after spending 17 days on famil on the outer islands in 2019.
